I don't see any bugs but their scheduling needs work. They never called to schedule an appointment and when they come to do service it's sometimes when I'm teaching at home I can't come to the door they ring the doorbell multiple times and then just do the service outside and don't come inside my house so that's aggravating. I've told them about it several times so I'm not sure why they don't make appointments with me. Having said all that I don't have any bugsServices: General pest inspection
I used them for years, the tech was great and no bugs, then the tech left and everything got bad. Billed but no tech showed up, after several calls to admin they assigned a new tech canceled 1 appointment then showed up late had the wrong chemical no backpack sprayer skipped areas inside and out. I called admin and canceled service.
Not great service for first time inspections. We had an appointment from 2-4 and didn't know they were not coming until we called them at 4pm to find out where they were. Additionally my wife overheard them note that her call was "nothing important" to someone when they attempted to put her on hold... can't speak to their work but I wouldn't expect them them to value your time if you're not already a paying customer?♀️
