appointments go well but they don’t close at the time they say they do, i called in at 5:10 pm to ask if they’d still be open at 5:20. i got there at 5:20 on the dot, and they closed before we even got there. They definitely did this on purpose.
Just want to give a shout out to ALL the staff! Not only did they help us and in a prompt and swift manner but they were so kind and so patient with my kids! With three of them it’s never easy and they were great! Thank you for being super!!
Dr. Brinkley and his staff are professional *and* friendly. Dr. Brinkley is wonderful at explaining your situation and options, and the front staff is always sweet. Great experience!
