Dr. Mauer and Sandy were there for us when we really needed help. The response time was a matter of a few hours, and the visit was thorough without being rushed. We’ve found our new “go to” veterinary care!

We've used these Veterinarians for many years and have had excellent service. They respond to phone calls after hours and come when needed. Including a kick that resulted in a severed leg artery, which was stitched up quickly on a bitterly cold, snowy evening. And I should have taken a photo of the colic episode where she left a Christmas party early, came at 11 that night, wearing a long skirt, and did a rectal exam on the mare. The bills may be more than some other places but the peace of mind, knowing we will get a response is an emergency, is worth it. We've had no problems with diagnoses or bedside manner.
