Super quick to respond, provided same day service.  Very professional, no upsell on the price compared to the quote provided.  Efi was very pleasant and quick to rekey 4 locks on my house.  I would recommend them fully and use them any time I have the need again.

I didn't have an emergency situation but I had expressed to the owner that I just wanted to feel more comfortable in my home as I was new to Philadelphia. We had scheduled for later in the week but he called and asked if he could come a few days early so as not to delay my feeling of security. I was surprised because it was a cold and rainy night that he called but I said sure, come on. In less than an hour I had new locks and slept through the rainy night like a baby. Price was very competitive. I will use them for other locks I plan on changing out. I highly recommend.
