Umbrella Roofing is the poster business for customer service. Ed provided a thorough and comprehensive review of the issues with our roof including some root causes of the issues. He provided pictures and took the time to give explanations and education of basic roof installation. Although his estimate for the repairs was more than another estimate, the repairs were more comprehensive to resolve the immediate issues and position us to have the roof last. Umbrella Roofing also set us up to have the regular maintenance done to ensure the roof lasts and meets the performance expectations. Ed & Melvin are amazing. They are fast and efficient. We’ve had other roofers come by and none were able to do the job correctly like Umbrella roofing. So glad we have a company like them to rely on for any of our roofing needs.
Professional; timely; helpful; gave full replacement and addressed issue with lower roof; worked diligently to match materials to paint job on house; kept us updated and completed work in quoted time frame; would definitely recommend and use again
