I've been coming here for women's kickboxing since 2017 and refuse to join anywhere else. Julio and Ian are wonderful instructors, and the classes are nothing short of challenging but also fun. Love it here.

I started here last month and the environment has been very welcoming and informative. The instructors are great and everyone in the class is helpful and supportive with showing you proper techniques. Great academy! Great workout and self-defense. Highly recommend.

My son Sean Brady started there about 12 years ago when they first opened and now is in UFC now brought my grandson in he is 5 they are very patient with there students highly recommended
