Hired R&R to service / tune up the 40 yr old boiler in a house I just purchased. Carlos did a thorough job checking everything and did a great job explaining the system and what was going on. And didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need.So far I can highly recommend R&R, and I will be having them install minisplits for me in the near future.

I highly recommend this company! The dispatcher was super friendly, helpful and honest in answering my questions. They sent out a tech named Carlos, who spent 2 hours at our house, trying all different strategies to fix our gas furnace and he figured it out. He was very patient and thorough, talked me through all the potential problems it could be, and the bill they gave us was totally fair and reasonable. I waited a month to write this review and our furnace has been working like a champ through the coldest month of the year. Thanks R&R!

I had these folks come out when my furnace broke down was leaking carbon monoxide. They came out quickly and did a thorough job inspection the situation, and were able to come replace my furnace two days later. They did good work for a reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone in a similar situation.
