I cannot express enough enthusiasm for Karen who has now helped me select my second pair of glasses. She is sweet and lovely. But even more importantly, she is very experienced in matching frames to your face shape, coloring and size. She listened to your needs and makes what can be a very stressful experience so much easier. She gave me suggestions I would never have thought I’d like… and I LOVE them!

I have been a loyal patient for over 10 years along with my family and the customer service has always been very nice & welcoming. There are so many options to choose from when it comes to picking out frame for my glasses! I can’t imagine myself getting my glasses anywhere else. If it’s not from Philadelphia EyeGlass Labs on Passyunk Ave. then I don’t what them lol! Karen is such a sweetheart! 100/10 recommend to anyone who is in need of a new eye doctor!
