I highly recommend Dan to those suffering pain. Dan uses approaches to pinpoint the cause of the pain, relieves the pain and help his clients learn techniques to treat and alleviate pain on their own. His knowledge of anatomy, the nervous system and biomechanics is superb. Thanks to Dan, I have my life back!! To call him a massage therapist seems such an inaccurate term. More people should practice this form of therapy.

Dan is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME at finding your challenges in your muscles! I have had three visits and I’m elated how much BETTER I’m feeling! I highly recommend his services!!!! I give 10 stars! Plus you do homework at home to keep yourself healthy!!!! I drove from Delaware to Pennsylvania for these appointments and it was SO worth all the sacrifices!!!!!!!

I highly recommend a visit to Dan Vidal if you are experiencing pain. I had chronic pain in my shoulder and sometimes down my arm. After one visit I felt much better. After an evaluation, Dan pinpoints the pain and applies pressure until the muscle relaxes. In my experience the general area then becomes more relaxed with less pain. He can do this anywhere on the body, and gives follow-up exercises to help restore normal function. I am very glad I found him.
