Brian, and his staff were very supportive. He went through the process preparing us for the funeral, making sure to answer any questions we had, as well as giving us information on our options. After we made the funeral arrangements, we left with a huge weight off our shoulders. We knew we were in good hands. Brian is very professional, warm, kind, as well as the staff. Very respectful. He makes you feel very comfortable, relaxed, and less stressed. If you call him with any concerns, he answers right away, steering you in the right directions. We had a video set up by his staff of memories of my husband. So many people have reached out to let me know how awesome the video was. They watch it over and over! Shout out to you gentlemen! The blanket was perfect as well. Overall, The Very Best! After our experience, my daughter stated, I’m gonna miss Brian, I really like him! Maybe we got too comfortable, but that’s just how he makes you feel! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to Brian and his staff! ❤️ The Kalfas family

Brian Donnelly and his team are by far one of the very best for funeral services when you lose a loved one.My 94 year old mother passed away in January and we knew she wanted her funeral services at Murphy Ruffenach Donnelly based on her own request over the years. She always spoke highly of Brian's genuine and kind nature plus the services he and his staff provide for others funeral services for family members and friends.I had several other experiences with Brian and his team with other relatives funerals but more as an outside participant.
