Don't waste your time on these guys. They were unable to provide any help at all. Didn't hear from them for more than 6 weeks though I was active in the market. Please don't wast your time like I did.
I am more than a little surprised by the review before mine, although i shouldn't be... I know the person who left it and i am the one who (hindsight being 20/20) regrettably referred Mr. Yoon to Michael. I have dealt with Michael Hersch for a number of years now and have ALWAYS found him to be honest in his business dealings, and a man of his word. He is downright pleasant. I have sent many prospective tenants to him, and will continue to do so.If you are searching for a real estate partner MPN is, by a long mile, the finest Philadelphia has to offer.
We used MPN to secure a retail space in West Philadelphia. It was a challenging negotiation with the landlord and an even more challenging building with its fair share of problems. Michael Hersch of MPN worked tirelessly to help us close the deal. We were thrilled with his professionalism and availability. I would highly recommend MPN.
