Han is one of the kindest human beings that I know. He always goes out of his way to help. Also, he's competent and skillful. We're lucky to have him in the neighborhood. I hope he knows that.

I am a newly high school student and my backpack strap was ripping off the backpack. The owner of this store was kind and understood that it was important. He said he would get it done under 20 mins. My family has been going to this store before i was born. Alterations are very detailed and taken with care.

Han is the best! Not only does he do a great job with our dry cleaning, but he also treats his customers with extreme care. At 5 pm, I found out I needed my suit for the following day. My suit had been dropped off a few days prior for dry cleaning & although it was done, Han was technically closed by the time I found out I would need my suit. When I called him to explain that I needed my suit, even though it was past closing time, Han stayed open an extra 40 MINUTES while I traveled from my job in center city to his store to retrieve my suit.
