I just moved to Philly from out of state recently. Before that, I moved around a lot over the years. I have been looking for a yoga studio that fits exactly what I’m looking for for years now, and I finally found it with Amrita. All of the teachers are excellent and the quality of the classes is superb!
My favourite studio in Philly. So much so that proximity to Amrita was a factor in deciding where to move! All the teachers here are phenomenal. They make a point to remember you by name if you come in frequently, which is nice. The teaching style at Amrita is really thoughtful and a lot of care is put into exploring the mind, body, spirit connection. I find that each class I attend supports me as I move through my daily life, and a stressful day is always eased by an evening 1/2/3 class.What a hidden gem! The membership is 100% worth it.
I’ve been attending Amrita Yoga and Wellness for about seven months now, and I’m so glad I found them when I did! I love Heather’s Yinyasa class because it’s the perfect mix of a fast pace and a deep stretch and really helps with my work stress, but their heated classes and vinyasa classes are also amazing.
