“I called on a Saturday and received friendly, professional and same day service for our Stella. Although very sweet and submissive, Stella has gotten very anxious at the vets in her older age and is accustomed to needing a comfort pack and for any procedures, a muzzle because she thrashed around ?. The staff there made fast friends with her, were patient and examined her on the floor at her eye level. It made all the difference and she actually left happy. Thank you for the wonderful service. “My daughter and husband went over with her bunny and he wasn’t doing good. We didn’t have an appointment. I told them to take the bunny over because they were still open. They gave him oxygen and made her an appointment for tomorrow because the vet that knows bunnies would be in tomorrow. Unfortunately her bunny got worse and we knew he wasn’t going to make it through the night. They took him back to have him put down but he passed on the way back there. I was on the phone with her and the vet confirmed it. I just want to say thank you for the workers there tonight. They were wonderful with my daughter.
