The woman I worked with (I believe she's the owner - I wish I could remember her name) was friendly but quick/to the point when I had mentioned I would like to bring my wedding dress in for preservation. She hadn't had the materials needed on-hand but ordered them quickly and my dress came out perfect. Thank you for preserving something so dear to me!“

The turn around time to pick up the dress after being altered was less than a week. When I tell you they did a fabulous job altering my dress exactly how I wanted it to. Without much notice, they put in a bustle that works great and only charged me $6. When I went to pick it up, the man working there was so friendly and made sure it was done right/worked.
