Diamond Heating was a pleasure to work with. They ordered our new furnace and installed it the day it arrived. Calen evaluated our system and made suggestions in a knowledgable and user friendly way. Rich did an excellent installation of our furnace, and Ardi and Samantha handled customer service and contract details in a friendly and professional way. I give Diamond Heating 5 STARS!

Diamond Heating was our dealer and installer of a gas insert fireplace as well as a ductless mini split system 13 years ago. They have now been our service and maintenance team for the past 13 years. They are attentive and their customer service is excellent.

My only heat had its fan go out. Facing below 30 degree temperatures I called diamond heating to see if they could fit me in before the big freeze, they did. Since the Majestic fireplace insert they sold me in 2001, an excellent and dependable unit, needed a new fan and even though they no longer carried this product, they made room in their schedule to instal the new fan. Damian, the technician they sent was personable, knowledgeable, and installed the fan, helped me clean the glass and made sure everything worked before he left.Diamond heating stands by a unit they no longer carry and provided service when I really needed it.
