I was recommended to the Adamson's years ago by a friend. The brothers run an excellent school. The facility is clean, classes are structured well, instructors are calm and the overall culture is what I always want out of a martial arts gym. Highly recommend them to everyone, young and old.

Great place to train when you're visiting the coast! Everyone is very welcoming to guests from white to black belt. Quality instruction, great vibes. Definitely made Seaside my new go to coastal town when I'm deciding where to vacation. And no mat fee!

My partner and I attended class during our travels and had an amazing time! Everyone welcomed us with open arms and was very kind to us. The gym is beautiful and is a great spot for visitors. We will definitely be returning!!
