“Could not recommend Jamie more! My sister and I came in after her regular piercer at a different shop took out her old nose ring hoop and when it came time to putting in new jewelry, she could not get the new hoop in and instead suggested that the hole was closed and we needed to wait an entire month for it to fully heal and get it repierced. My sister has had her nose pierced for 4 years and was completely devastated that she would have to start fresh. We called Raro and they reassured us over the phone that they would take a look and find a way to help. Jamie (and the lovely lady at the front desk) was super kind, helpful, reassuring and welcoming. They had new jewelry in her nose within about 15 minutes of walking into the shop, and the whole experience was phenomenal!“

“I was so nervous about getting my first tattoo done. Whole process can be super intimidating. Eliana was nothing but great. Communication, pricing and timing was all A1. Shop was clean and modern. At the time there was no one else in the shop so it was very quiet and she took the time to tell me about placement, after-care and design as I was a walk-in. It also healed perfectly. I’m definitely returning.“
