I was here the other day and had such a great experience! The guy who helped me was so knowledgeable and kind, he answered my many questions and seemed like he genuinely wanted to help me in choosing the right food for my cat. It's not everyday you get customer service like that anymore, highly recommend this location as the staff are awesome!!

Tyler at the Bayview Village Petvalu provided remarkable customer service. He went above and beyond providing his expertise regarding pet food. It was near closing when I went and he was incredibly patient and thorough. Patvalu is so lucky to have such a great employee like Tyler. Thanks Tyler for all your help!

My cat is very pick with her litter box. Recently she broke her litter box so I had to get a new one. Unfortunately she didn't like any of new boxes (I bought 4- gone to water or donated- one after the another because she stopped using it and started peeing on my carpet and bed.. And eventually she kept holding it in. Poor thing!) On my 5th attempt, I visited this pet value during my continuous hunt for litter box. Due to sanitary reasons, the return policy for litter boxes were final sale. But since I didn't know if my cat would use this so I needed to speak to the staff and asked for exceptions for return in case my cat doesn't use this either. I believe it was the...read full review
