“We had an unexpected emergent situation with our little buddy late Friday night.We did call our local vet teams emergency number but unfortunately their only option was to send us to Barrie which wasn’t an option with small kids at home.The next morning things hadn’t improved but only gotten worse after multiple calls from Owen sound - Ripley vets down to Sauble and back we were able to find help with Hanover vets team.We love our pets like our children and it was extremely difficult for us to make the decision to let our little dog go. The team at Hanover vet hospital made our impossible situation a bit better with the support and compassion the team provided.The little room they set up allowed us to have a more personal goodbye for our long time friend and appreciated the willingness to help us on short notice.Thank you for understanding, professionalism and compassion during our families difficult time“
