Joan at Heart & Soul has played a key role in supporting my health and wellness goals. Each session, combining Reiki with massage therapy, has been incredibly transformative on both emotional and physical levels. Joan's wisdom and knowledge about healing both the body and the emotions it stores is remarkable. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a transformational experience or simply looking to enhance their overall wellbeing. It's worth the drive from Toronto to Vaughan! I'm also really looking forward to her upcoming Reiki workshops!
Always an excellent experience here! Joan and Angela are kind, friendly but also very professional. The atmosphere is soothing and of course the massage therapy is very effective. Highly recommend this place.
