I had an issue with my MacBook Pro 2019 and WinMac was able to diagnose and fix it quickly and for a reasonable price! I loved that they explained to me exactly what was wrong with it and the steps they would take to fix it (T2 chip needed to be replaced, and possibly logic board). Very friendly and kind people and I am overall very happy with my experience at WinMac!

I brought my MacBook in for repair, and they were very kind.We got competitive estimates for the price, but this was the cheapest. There are many repair shops and I was confused, but I made the right choice here. If I have any trouble again while I'm in Toronto, I'll definitely go to this store!I strongly recommend it!

He went the extra mile by meeting me to pick up the laptop himself, promptly fixing it, and having it ready the same night, although I picked it up the next morning.
