Krystle Thordarson is the absolute best massage therapist I have ever met. I was so lucky to get my first appointment with her a few years ago and I now will only see her. She is amazing at her job, professional, kind, courteous and a beautiful person. She goes above and beyond every single time and I cannot thank her enough. My experience each time is better than the last time I don't know how she does it, but she manages to out-do herself every time. I have taken my mother and a few of my friends to her too. She is the absolute best.

Krystle has been my RMT for a few years now and she's great! Very professional and personable. She knows her own strength and adjust as needed. She's treated me both when I've been injured and when I haven't been, and she adapted how she treated me such that both circumstances led to equally good massage treatments. Highly recommend her & The Treatment Room.

A friend referred me to this Studio. It was my first time doing Hot Yoga. I told the reception it was first time. I had already registered online. The staff was friendly. The reception area was as clean as it could be the day after major snow storm. I didn't have a mat with me. So they offered a mat and towel complimentary for the first time. Headed up to the studio which was clean. The class was Modo Flow which is fast paced Yoga. I had meet the Instructor when I arrived and she had warned of it. There was music playing during the class.
