The Spa at The St. Regis Toronto

Beautiful Luxurious Spa located at the St. Regis Hotel. Change room Lounge area has complementary herbal teas, dried fruits and nuts. Steam room is breaking with booked match marble floor to ceiling walls. Sauna is warm and cozy. Women’s bathroom has a vanity area is complete with high end blow dryers and skin care products. Swimming is very large, great for laps. Good deep tissue massage therapy and wonderful staff.

While it is one of the pricier options in the area, the environment is quiet and peaceful and the RMT did an amazing job. I don’t splurge often for spa experiences, but when I’m in the Toronto area and need a recharge, this is a great place to experience.

Excellent customer service and wonderfully amenities. Really professional, I booked a tension relieve massage and exceeded expectations. A couple more snacks could be a good add but excellent overall.
