I had a wonderful experience here, thanks to Reanna! She helped me with my shade match which I have always struggled with. She took the time to explain my skin type and concerns, then recommended products that would best suit what I was looking for. Not only is she professional at her job, she’s also very friendly and easy to talk to :)

Thanks to Emilie who helped me today to find my skin tone - I have always made a mistake in choosing my skin tone color! Though the product was out of stock she helped me patiently to find products to order them online and suggested me to find that on other stores. Kudus to you Emilie!

I haven’t always had the most positive experiences at this Sephora- I’ve often found it challenging to find assistance. However, today was a completely different story. Kate was extremely helpful with helping me replace a palette I really liked that had unfortunately broken. The entire process of replacing the palette was quick and straight forward. Really appreciated all of Kate’s help, she really made my day :)
