“My neighbour had noticed a squirrel entering the attic through an underhang. Brian from SWAT checked the attic from the inside and outside, then installed a one-way grate which will be removed in a couple of weeks. He also noticed the chimney was uncapped and discovered a raccoon living in it, so he installed another one-way grate. I have the option to choose additional preventive measures when he returns to seal the holes. In sum: competent, speedy, friendly and proactive work. Definitely recommended.“

“Jimmy and his team did an amazing job with my roof. They were very careful and laid down tarps on the grass to not damage any of the flowers. They also repaired the existing drains as they were falling or were not level from all the years. I had issues where the water in certain spots was not draining and just pouring over the side like a waterfall. It has rained several times since and no more issues. I asked the crew several questions and they listened to all of them. The clean up of the property was top notch. No shingles no nails left on the ground and they even cleaned my leaves. Lol. Could not be more happy and recommend this company for your roofing needs. Also the owner was awesome. He came to the house during the repairs and also came after for an inspection. Great job guys. Super happy. ☺️“

“Needed to get some fascia put back ip after a storm took it down. Call James. Came out gave a fair price and got to work right away. I asked if he could take a look at the rest of the roof to let me know his thoughts. He said its getting close to time but some areas needed to be fixed asap as he could see leaking. I gave the green light to patch those sections of flat roof up. He was very professional and courteous to both us and his worker. I will be calling them when my roof needs replacing in the next couple years. Also this occurred last year and I'm writing this email out of the blue now bc its raining and it reminded me how thankful i was that he did such a good job and i don't have to worry this winter. “
