I recently found Profix and Michel for doing some repair to my MacBook Pro laptop. I am so pleased to find such a skilled, friendly, reasonably priced, fast computer repair service. So pleased that I would say I would travel across the city, and further just to patronize Profix. More, so pleased that in fact it is in my neighbourhood. Win Win Win.
Michel, the owner has been so professional, helpful and has done great work on both times that my husband and I had to go fix our iPhone, iPad and an AirMac. The prices are very fair as well. I highly recommend this place.
What a relief to come across Michel and his repair shop! Instead of being faced with $1,000+ Apple refurb purchase of an iPad Pro, Michel was able to replace the USB-C charging port for $180!Michel also provided insights into the charging cables that I was using and explained how they likely caused the damage to the port.Well worth the time and gas to drive to his shop -- fixed in under 2 hours!
