Overall, my recent visit to PetSmart on April 25th was a mixed experience. While I was able to purchase a Betta fish, I was disappointed that I couldn't find assistance for shrimp and water plants. However, the cashier stood out for their professionalism and helpfulness. With a more knowledgeable salesperson, I could have potentially spent more on additional goods, especially as I'm exploring interests in snails, crabs, and water plants.

Went to collect an online order on Oct 7. The customer service from the girl at cash was horrible. At least my order came quickly this time, once we got past the rude cashier. Delivery may be the better option if this is your regular store.

Our go to PetSmart! They have a large selection of pet food and accessories. Our cat is getting older and finicky about his food so there is a great selection of brands to purchase. They have a points system too. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Lots of parking too,
