The owner and the team at PC Mechanix have helped me tremendously. The owner was able to service and repair numerous issues over multiple of my PCs. Everytime I call with a question - or experience an issue - the owner always give me the time of day with a genuine concern about my issues. I can't say enough good things about the customer service, I use PC Mechanix for all IT related problems I have. Thank you again!

PC Mechanix is (are?) fantastic. I would give them 900 stars, if that were possible -- they managed to get 900 GB of really important data off of a harddrive that had become critically unworkable. For over a week, Shafi displayed such amazing diligence on this doomstruck project, as well as being really gracious, and supportive. I never write online reviews, but i really wanted to do one for these guys. They are quite great, indeed.
