Just finished 5 months of training at KX, and can happily say it was the best investment I’ve ever made in my physical health!I trained with Sava. His passion for fitness was so inspiring and he was always so generous in sharing his knowledge and expertise.KX delivers measurable results and I was able to exceed my body composition and strength goals with just a few minor diet tweaks and a quality workout program.Very sadly I had to finish up as I moved overseas, but if I ever moved back to Toronto I would be back in a heart beat! Having finally making decision to address my health issues KX Yorkville was the right choice. Following advice and support of team. I have reduced my sugar levels lost weight and have put on muscle. Being over 70 my overall comment is THANK YOU
