UPDATE: Editing my review up as my hair got fixed by Ruby, the managing director. I was also impressed by the follow up—they were quick respond and tried to call me, and worked around my schedule and I got the wash/cut I originally booked for.Ruby was really lovely—she listened to my concerns and communicated through each cut. She blended the front, gave good advice on how to salvage it, and was really kind and made me feel comfortable.Keeping one star off for the initial experience and for others to be aware of other stylists’ styles, but the Goa team really made things right. Jia did a fantastic job on my hair! I was really impressed with her suggestions for my hair style and cut—it was exactly what I was looking for. She listened to my ideas and offered her professional advice, resulting in a style that I’m thrilled with. The whole experience was pleasant, and I would highly recommend Jia to anyone looking for a skilled and attentive hairdresser.

Requested style: Layered cutStylist: Ena at Goa Hair Salon did an amazing job with my haircut, matching it perfectly to the example pictures I showed. She checked in throughout the process, ensuring I was happy with the length and offering helpful suggestions. The hair wash was also very comfortable. Overall, a great experience with a skilled stylist, would definitely come back again!
