Our family had a wonderful experience here. From the start to finish, the entire team was very compassionate, professional, and responsive. They took the time to walk us through all of the options and answer our (many) questions. We opted to have a small, private family moment which was absolutely perfect for our family. Our loved one looked so very beautiful on their final day, and we are so grateful we got to see them again, dressed in their best.The facility was also very clean and welcoming. Thank you to the entire team for helping us say goodbye.
My mother pre-planned her funeral with Giffin-Mack. When the time came to set the plans in motion, my sister and I met with one of the Funeral Director’s to confirm and make the final arrangements. I was very satisfied with Rachel, Funeral Director, as they were very kind, caring and patient.I do not expect that burying a loved one could be a pleasant experience; however, things went rather smoothly with Giffen-Mack.Seeing how seamlessly the funeral went with the pre-planning, and to ensure my wishes are followed, in the coming months, I will be returning to Giffin-Mack to pre-plan my own funeral.

Special thank you to Rachel, who walked us step by step, and answered all questions efficiently. The "display" at the service was just Exactly what our Eric would have wanted. On the service day, Lama and her team were flawless. Our celebrant Theresa Wright, Wow,!! AMAZING job,,,she captured our Eric's essence 1000%.The support after the service is appreciated.
