It was great experience on my physio appointment. I was meeting with Robert and checking my knee. He provides me a couple of treatment to heal my knee problem at home. It is highly recommended!

I've seen both Chris and Shellie, both are fantastic at what they do! They always run on time and the clinic direct bills insurance which is a huge convenience. Would definitely be coming back!

We offer the community a holistic approach to recovery and health care optimization. Our approach is personalised to your specific needs and goals. We offer treatments for the 9-5 worker, motor vehicle accident victims, the athlete in you, the stay at home parent, and children. We are here to get you back to the things that you want to do, and make sure that you are doing them correctly.
