I came in today for a treatment that was done by Sam and she was excellent! She was very nice, personable, very well educated in schooling as well as products at the clinic, and I felt comfortable speaking to her. My experience was extreamly positive.This clinic is very knowledge of their products, services, and they are reasonable priced. Another thing I like about this clinic is the booking system. They will text you to confirm a booking after providing a few options to choose from, and they respond very quickly. It save me a lot of time and the new patient process was very easy. I have been coming to Clarity Medspa for a couple years now for tattoo removal and I can honestly say, I don’t know what more can be done for the appointments to go any better than they do.I see Samantha for all my treatments and she is incredible at her job.Since my first visit, she took the time to walk me through the whole process, answer any questions I had and made sure to check in through out the whole session doing her best to keep me talking and my mind off the laser removal.They are so incredibly professional but also friendly, kind and so helpful.I have recommended Clarity Medspa to so many people got a variety of treatments.If you are looking for tattoo removal...read full review

I had Laser Hair Removal done at clarity med spa and I’m so happy with the results! I commuted from GTA into downtown and it was worthwhile. Nurse Sam is so professional and friendly. Linda was so prompt in getting back to me and answered all my questions (which were numerous as I was a nervous first timer for laser as my skin is very sensitive). I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else! Highly recommend to anyone looking for laser hair removal.
