I went looking for someone information about a MacBook. Matt was such a good help, informing me about which computer best suited my needs. He took his time to listen and explained in detail. He was very knowledgeable and I can now make a purchase with confidence! Thank you Matt!

Technical staff are excellent. Apple provides group instruction on how to manipulate images using iPhone or iPad, free of charge. Other classes available also. I purchased several chargers, which I use daily.

Being helped by Selene was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.I have been with iPhone for almost 15 years now and for the first time while I was surfing the net my phone almost exploded as the battery expanded to a ridiculous level. It also lightly burned the palm of my hand. (From heat)I was incredibly stressed and angry and was ready to cause a storm inside of the Apple Store.
