Went there for the first time last week after reading the reviews, and it more than lived up to the praise. I had four new dress shirts that needed being taken in and a pair of pants that had two small holes on them from a cigar burn. All the work was completed in the most precise and pristine manner. When an issue arose with the timing of my pickup due to a misunderstanding between myself and the drop off agent, Sam the manager stepped up in a big way, and not only got everything done as quickly as humanly possible, but also adjusted the bill in a way that will ensure that I will come back.
