A great job beginning with visit to our home and full discussion re the product of choice. Two days later the gas insert fire place was installed by a courteous, highly knowledgeable and efficient team. Operation of the unit was explained well and the area was immaculately clean when they left.

Several years ago, we did a facelift to our fireplace but kept the old insert. Last week, that old insert stopped working & so we went to The Fireplace Club (AM Group Heating & Cooling Ltd.). Al was our sales rep & he was great. They even had a sample in the showroom showcasing our EXACT same tile! Al was very knowledgeable, he came out the next day to ensure that our existing structure could accommodate the model we had chosen & he arranged the install for the following week. I bought a new air conditioner from AM group.Their sales team was helpful and did a really great job guiding me through the process and helping me decide what to purchase.They had an installer at my home in a timely fashion and he did a great job. Overall a really good experience. I highly recommend!
