Mary-Lynn is the best! She is very thorough, keeps track of your sore spots, and always has great suggestions for movements and stretches to do between appointments. I highly recommend her!

I had a relaxation massage, scalp massage and foot treatment by Heena Vaghela. She was great at what she does, I left so relaxed I felt like I was in a dream world. Definetly recommend!

I hadn’t been to hand a stone for quite awhile, just went back and had a massage with Kevin, who is amazing. I tend to not book male massage therapists but my husband had booked the massage for my birthday. Kevin is so professional, he explained all the vertebrae and where the nerves lead to, how tight muscles can cause pain in other areas and other interesting facts. He is so knowledgeable about what he is does. I will definitely book with him again.
