When Google told me that what I was doing with my computer could lead me to disaster, I sought a professional. JNB responded quickly, and when we met he fixed my PC in 15 mins flat. A++!!!
I gave Joel a call on a holiday expecting to leave a voice mail, but long story short, he had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 24 hrs and it cost me less then it would have for someone else just look at it.Overall, great experience
After unexpected iPhone issues, I contacted Joel and he was quick to respond with a likely fix and low price tag. It took him under an hour to swap batteries and he was incredibly professional to work with. I'll definitely be coming to him first if I need any further tech repair services!
