The project manager Arsalan had phenomenal customer service. He was very quick to respond, his team was thorough, careful and communicative. They explained what they were doing as they went along. They all made a very stressful situation, less stressful. Thanks again Arsalan.⭐️ ? ⭐️ ? ⭐️
The work crews were courteous & efficient and Huzaifa Abid did a terrific job managing & scheduling everything! My insurance company had initially assigned a different restoration company to my claim, but after they botched the initial assessment and missed an appointment with me, I asked them to reassign my work and Paul Davis was assigned and performed admirably.
