Cleaning was fast and efficient. Sinan booked us quickly. Osman arrived and did a good job of setting up. I was expecting to see before and after pics of the vents, many companies now use cameras and was expecting that. I would have liked a bit more of a walkthru of what was being done. Overall they cleaned but couldn't see how effective the cleaning was.

I spoke with Aaron on the phone about Duct Cleaning after finding the company website online. He was able to schedule an appointment for me that allowed me to accommodate my schedule with my newborn.On the day of the appointment, Leo the technician gave me a lm estimated time of arrival and kept me update the whole time. When he was in my home, he was very efficient and effective. The job was completed in less than 1.5 hours.I highly recommend HOme Steam Duct Cleaning due to their amazing customer service and excellent work on site.
