It’s a nice place. But one thing I find very odd is that they keep the door locked most of the time and don’t unlock it until the start of your allotted time. If I book a 60 minute massage I expect to be massaged for 60 minutes but they count this as part of your time as well as while they are talking to you about what you need worked on etc so be careful how long you spend talking as it’s an expensive conversation. I also find I prefer some practitioners over others so you just have to find someone that aligns with your preferences as they all have their own techniques and styles.

I’m very happy with my treatment, I’ve been going there a few years now! I brought my husband and kids there as well and it has been an amazing experience. When you walk in it’s very clean and home like appearance. The practitioners meet you at the door with a smile every time! Very friendly staff, if you have any questions they will answer and suggest ways to fix the issue. And the best part in my opinion is they take insurance and will put it through for you. No hassle. I will keep coming as long as they are open!

I have been going to RMTNIAGARA For years. Shalaine knows her stuff, knows the area to work on and gives any feedback that I need to know. Anytime I’ve walked into the clinic, all the staff are amazing and very friendly. Have recommended RMT Niagara to all my friends. Well done. Keep up the great service.
