My favourite pet store! The owners are so lovely and helpful. All the staff is excellent at customer service. Chirpy the resident cat is the sweetest and always ready to say hello. They also regularly have adoptable cats in the store, which I absolutely love. Such a wonderful thing to see when all the "big box" pet stores sell pets from unethical sources.

Parnia has been taking care of my dog for years and years. She is great. She is super professional, capable, and of course she super lovely with my scared dog. I recently brought my dog in for a grooming and had a great experience! Parnia was very friendly and helpful. I gave her free reign to cut the dog how she saw fit and she did an excellent job! When I picked my dog up he looked silky and smooth! Would definitely recommend.
