Julie/Julia in the aquatic section provided me and my friend with outstanding help. She let us take our time choosing the 7 fish we took home that night while she was busy cleaning and stocking on top of providing us with knowledge that even me as a hobbyist did not know. Beautiful demeanour and excellent work ethics!

Out of desperation with a puppy with a smelly ear on Dec 25, I reached out to a PetSmart manager via Facebook messenger. He was happy to answer my questions. His advice was invaluable. I can tell he has a passion for pets.

Julia and Erin went above and beyond with their customer service when it came to the care for a small animal we purchased from PetSmart Georgetown location. Anytime We have gone into the Georgetown location staff have been super friendly and helpful and today was no exception.
