392 John St., Thornhill“I would like to thank Dr. Josh Seidman and the team at Green Lane Animal Hospital for the treatment and care for my dog Ace.We had recently switched over to Green Lane because we had a bad experience from our previous vet being too pushy with our other dog. They sent multiple emails demanding us to take the treatment plan even though we had told them we needed time to think about it.Anyways.. this review is about Green Lane. The staff at Green Lane and Dr. Josh Seidman did a great job as they were very knowledgeable and helpful. Not once did they push anything onto us and they allowed us to make a decision on what we wanted for our dog. The treatment was minor but the way they made us feel was a world of a difference. Not to mention the Team did multiple follow-up calls to check on our dog to make sure everything was okay. Thanks again!!“
“During my co-op term and volunteering time I was able to experience and learn about the veterinary field, something I was very interested as a highschool student who was unsure on what to study after graduation. The doctors, vet technicians and animal care assistants were very open to any of my questions and also made me feel involved through learning activities. For example, during my volunteering in the summer they made some demonstrations to teach us how to properly handle big, small dogs, and cat patients to assist the vet technicians. And we would occasionally shadow the doctors in their appointments and help if needed and if the client was okay with it.I also took my dog, Bruce, to this clinic and the team was very caring and thoughtful, I consider the doctors to be very trustworthy and I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone, especially students wanting to get involved in the veterinary field“
“Excellent service Eldad was really kind and nice I highly recommend! Thank you very much“

525 King St E, Toronto“Bay Cat and Dog has been our vet through three dogs: a cute Corgi cross, a brooding Rottie cross, and our current dog - Rico, a Mexi-Mutt that was brutally beaten as a puppy. He's not the most trusting guy but the staff and vets at Bay C & D treat him with kid gloves. They are professional and efficient but they go way beyond that. Their affection for their patients is visible and very, very much appreciated.“
“The staff was compassionate and professional. Dr Kavanaugh was thorough and kind. Thank you for the card of sympathy, which was signed by many staff members. Bradley was loving and loved . I miss him in a way that I am lost for words. My home is so very quiet without him. Coming home, and not to be greeted by Bradley, is difficult.Your thoughtfulness made this horrible experienceeasier to bear.“

Both the vets and the vet techs provide kind and attentive care, and the receptionists are always super friendly. The clinic is actually one of my dog's favourite places, which I think says a lot! :)“

8707 Dufferin St, Thornhill“Very knowledgeable vet and friendly. You fell like your part of the family. Do be aware that they still do full COVID protocols and you may have to wait outside. They do not have evening or weekend support so if you are in an emergency look somewhere else.“

“My first time needing a vet for my mini Dachshund and I had an absolutely wonderful experience with this clinic. Right from the initial phone call inquiry, speaking with the office manager, (who was extremely informative and patient) she understood that my beloved doggie was in a lot of pain, not walking or eating and she made sure that he could be seen the next morning. Upon my arrival in the office it was busy, but being run very efficiently and smoothly.Dr. Oscar was informative, kind, and understanding. Even though the office was very busy, he spent a lot of time with me, answering all of my questions, going through a book and diagrams and explaining different options for IVDD.I was impressed by his transparency in the breakdown of all the prices , walking me through everything on the computer screen, and working within my budget, which I greatly appreciated. He called me the next afternoon with the results from the tests that were conducted, and again spent a while speaking with me, answering all my questions, explaining the test results, the medication required, and next steps very thoroughly. This will definitely be our veterinarian going forward! ??“

“I can't recommend Dr. Koroknai, and all of the staff, highly enough. After being quoted an exorbitant amount for dental surgery for our cat at another vet, I began researching alternatives. The wonderful reviews at Bathurst Dupont lead me to take our cat there. The dental cleaning and surgery ended up being a fraction of the price of the other vet and the care we received was excellent. We decided to stay. Over the years we received superb care. Every test and treatment were carefully, patiently explain, no upselling or pressure, and reasonably priced. When our cat became chronically ill, we were able to have another two good years with him due to biweekly treatments. The staff there were always happy to see our cat and were very kind at every visit. Dr. Koroknai very obviously loves animals and is gentle and thoughtful in the way he engages with them. He truly cares about their quality of life. In the end, at the age of 19 when our cat finally passed, we were treated with much compassion and kindness. I recommend them whole-heartedly.“
