We are so very pleased with our recent Alexanian experience. It was a pleasure working with our sales representative, Suresh, who advised us on the best 'pet friendly' brand, came to our home to perfectly measure the space, and provided outstanding customer service throughout the process. The two young men who installed our carpet did an excellent job and even had the few remnants that were left bound for us the same day. A big thanks to all of you!

I went into Alexanian today looking for an unusual thing. I was looking for a packaging tube. One that the carpet would be delivered on. I need a long tube for shipping. The salesperson was very helpful and gave me one! Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. A very good member of the community. Thank you for your help. I will return!
