I had my furnace break last Monday and we picked True North to replace our furnace and install a heat pump. We had about 5 quotes from different companies and James seemed like the only one that wasn’t there on a sales pitch. Anyways the furnace and heat pump were installed the next day and are currently working great. Will update this post if we have any problems in the future but as of right now all good. Would recommend!
Our experience with True North was amazing from start to finish! James and his installers were very professional, knowledgeable, and really take pride in their work. We had a heat pump installed that was flawless with no issues. And James was great at answering all our questions with regard to a basement fireplace install. We are so happy with how everything turned out. Val in the office was so easy to communicate with for scheduling. Most importantly as a home owner I feel rest assured that we now have James and True North for everything HVAC. Would highly recommend!
I called True North to inspect my furnace. They came to my house right on time and did the job professionally. I definitely will call them again in future because this is the company I can trust.
