“I have mixed reviews, I ordered 2 Christmas arrangements, one was exactly as advertised and adorable (puppy flowers) and the second (tree) was nothing like advertised, a disappointment. Only because it was nothing like the picture it was advertised and I had my heart set on similar or exact to the photo. I contact Faye who promised a refund but despite multiple conversations it never happened. I even offered to accept only 50% refund as a lot of materials went into the arrangement. Which I thought was fair. Faye seems friendly and kind but doesn't follow up on her word.Update: refund and apology received from Faye shortly after review left. Faye was true to her word. Would order from Burlington flowers again as Faye provides excellent customer service!“
