I am so impressed with Nurse Karen Kirkpatrick and Dr. Reza Ahmadzedah as well as their administrative staff.I had a huge cyst on my face for many years and it has been growing increasingly. Last year, I did have it removed by a dermatologist at another clinic unsuccessfully. It was a negative experience and I felt a bit traumatized by the way they treated me (note: I’ve had other cysts taken out by other dermatologists successfully in past years)My cyst from last year, grew back even bigger. And it was affecting my on camera work. I knew I needed to get a plastic surgeon to take it out this time. I called many places and felt so welcomed and at ease when I called GraceMed Spas. They are so efficient and I like how they have one day a week to perform minor surgeries so that patients like myself, don’t have to wait 6 months like other clinics. It shows they care about all clients’ situations and needs.Upon meeting Nurse Karen, She really took the time to hear my situation and tell me how the procedure will be. She is so lovely and kind. And then meeting Dr. Reza who is also very kind and reassured me with his professionalism and knowledge.On the day of the surgery, I was impressed with Dr. Reza and his bedside manner. He walked me through each step he was doing and had the utmost care. He was very gentle. I really liked his positive communication with Nurse Karen during the surgery. They truly make a great team. And what I admire most is how respectful Dr. Reza is towards his staff (who are mostly women). As a woman it made me feel more at ease.After the surgery I was thankful for the follow up with Karen. “Hello everyone ,I visit medí spas very often and this place is amazing I had two bbl facials and one session of tattoo removal. From the moment you walk in it’s a wonderful experience. The whole clinic smells like a luxury hotel. The staff is so amazing too. They have a wide variety of products it really is a one stop shop. I noticed a huge improvement in my sun spots from the bbl facials after two treatments. Tina and Angela were so friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. This clinic isn’t one where you leave feeling bad about yourself. Some places you go in and leave feeling terrible because they tell you all the things that are wrong with you. “BTL EMSELLA is a new service now being offered here, and if you are someone like me who has lived her life with too many bathroom breaks, I would recommend giving this treatment a try. I have dealt with a sensitive bladder for most of my life, and to say the least, this has been inconvenient. I was getting up at least once a night and whenever I was out looking for the closest washroom. When I heard about this treatment being offered, I decided to give it a try. Six sessions over 3 weeks. Nothing invasive or painful. My experience so far has been liberating in that I am no longer having an interrupted sleep and can wander the mall for a few hours before scoping out the nearest washroom. In my opinion this has been totally worth it.“
