    I joined Total Body Fitness exactly one month ago! I could not tell you how much this has changed my life. I’m a mom of 3 so life is super busy and at first I thought I was crazy for even thinking of doing something for myself but I’m so happy i did. Guys, if you’re reading this, don’t walk, run over and speak with Penny! I promise you will LOVE the workouts, and the flexible hours! Penny and her team make each work out session SO fun, music is pumping, it’s just a vibe that you won’t want to miss.     I’m very much satisfied with the training offered at Total body fitness. Penny and Ian are the best trainers. My wife had significant weight loss since she started her training with them. Thank you for all your support and unique training techniques. I’m glad we found this place for our weight loss journey.

    I have to say I have been coming here for a few months now. When I tell you the atmosphere, the trainers and the people are absolutely amazing. That alone has been pushing me to be consistently going to the classes and let's not forgot how good I am feeling. I am loosing weight, feeling better about myself and just all around loving the experience. I kind of wish that I had started this journey earlier but I am on it now and so happy to be doing it with them!
